Not-for-profit status
WA Foil Association Inc. operates on a not-for-profit basis. Under our constitution, the Association's property and income must be applied solely towards promoting its objects, and no part may be distributed to members except in good faith to promote those objects.
Under our constitution, on cancellation of incorporation or winding up any surplus property must be distributed as determined by special resolution, by reference to the persons mentioned in section 24(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA).
